In this session, participants become familiar with online modules and resources that are being developed by CONNECT, a federally funded project. These resources are available at no charge and emphasize a decision-making process with realistic problems to solve and the importance of integrating multiple sources of perspectives and knowledge.

This 15-minute webinar presentation offers information on CONNECT’s evidence-based practice approach to professional development. It also presents the rationale behind the development of CONNECT modules and offers information on how faculty and PD providers may get involved in a pilot study or in a module enhancement panel.

This presentation guided professionals through web-based resources that focus on and respond to challenges faced each day by those working with young children with disabilities and their families.
